Trauma Informed/Women's WellBeing Individual YOga Session

This 60-90 minute individual session is designed with you and your unique needs in mind.  Yoga and meditation sequenced and offered through a trauma-informed lens in order to make it accessible and safe for all.  

Sessions are designed to support your mind-body needs, whether that focus is more on mental health, physical support, or just a desire to experience the benefits of yoga in a non-judgmental way that engages your whole self.

 These sessions are useful for women and those who identify as women who desire to:

  • Reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, prenatal or postpartum depression or anxiety, grief or loss, or PTSD.
  • Experience yoga with the focus on your whole self and wholeness. 
  • Have the support of a qualified yoga facilitator to guide you through practice and offer you tools to create solid ground for yourself, wherever you are. 

TC-TSY Individual 30/60 minute session

This individual movement and meditation session is a clinical, evidence based treatment for complex trauma and complex Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, developed at the Trauma Center in Brookline, Massachusetts. This offering meets SAMHSA's requirements for a mental health treatment.  This offering is especially helpful if you're suffering with acute mental health symptoms and would benefit from one-on-one support.  

You can expect an accessible gentle movement and meditation sequence designed with your specific needs in mind.  Sessions can be done completely in a chair or with a yoga mat, require no previous yoga or meditation experience, no special clothing or equipment.
