This individual movement and meditation session is a clinical, evidence based treatment for complex trauma and complex Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, developed at the Trauma Center in Brookline, Massachusetts. This offering meets SAMHSA's requirements for a mental health treatment. This offering is especially helpful if you're suffering with acute mental health symptoms and would benefit from one-on-one support.
You can expect an accessible gentle movement and meditation sequence designed with your specific needs in mind. Sessions can be done completely in a chair or with a yoga mat, require no previous yoga or meditation experience, no special clothing or equipment.
