Does Terra Firma take insurance?

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept insurance for yoga programming individually.

When we offer programming as part of a bigger mental health treatment organization, we are often able to bill if one of our facilitators that is a licensed mental health professional facilitates the groups.

Does Terra Firma have a space?

Currently TF does not have it’s own location. We occasionally partner with mental health clinics to offer a series or group. Our programming that is in clinical locations is on site.

We hope to have a future location to provide trauma focused treatment in a comprehensive and holistic way.

Do I need to have gone through “trauma” to benefit from a session?

What if I don’t have any experience with yoga or I’ve tried it and don’t like it?

Absolutely not! Our services are tailored to the unique needs of each group/individual. Our support is trauma informed and healing centered for everyone.

No experience required! Our services are accessible and adaptable. We aim to provide a practice for you, and don’t expect you to conform to the practice.
