Yoga for Chronic Stress


This 4 week series, taught by Angela Zaun Ollswang, will focus on creating a safe space for women to explore mind-body tools that have been shown to help reduce the physical & mental effects of stress. Participants will have the opportunity to try out various gentle yoga/movement styles, meditation, breathing exercises, and guided relaxations. No previous experience necessary!

$60 for the entire four week series of 90 minute sessions. Space is limited, please register in advance. 

While this series will be taught through a trauma-informed lens, there will be opportunities to rest in stillness and to receive hands-on, physical adjustments (only if consent is given). Essential oils may be used, if participants find them useful. This is a WTF-friendly space, and no gendered anatomical language will be used.
