We hear the phrase “self care” all over the place lately. But what does it really mean? Is it a luxury for those with time and money or a survival skill? Are there ways to build in self care that supports us mind/body and spirit and yet doesn’t drain other areas of our busy and meaningful lives?

Join Angela for this introductory session to explore tools for your sustainable self-care tool box. Participants can expect: gentle movement, meditation and breath practices. Accessible to most, this session can be done entirely in a chair if desired. No prior experience or special attire necessary. Email Angela with questions.
