In this 4 week on-going weekly offering we’ll explore mindful movement, breath practices and meditation to find “solid ground”. This space is welcome to all who identify as women, are looking to gain community, support and tools to process, heal and grow. This group is accessible to most, will include chair, mat and restorative yoga ending with brief guided meditation. All sessions are tailored to best meet the needs of the group. Gain tools for your own use to create “solid ground” wherever you are.

Registration required, 4 sessions at a time. Thursday mornings 10:30-11:30am beginning August. $115 for 4 sessions.
