Building Resilience Through Yoga & Mindfulness


In this 90 minute introduction to using yoga and mindfulness to build resilience, participants will have an opportunity to explore the ways in which a yoga practice can support agency, interoception (sensing the body), and self-regulation.

Because we are integrated beings, our bodies hold the effects of our emotional experiences. To tap into our innate strength and ability to find center amidst the chaos around us, we must connect deeply with our bodies in an intentional and peaceful way.

Join us for a first step in exploring our connection to our bodie’s wisdom. No prior experience or special attire necessary. Session includes: guided meditation, movement, entirely optional gentle/healing touch. Led by Angela.
