In this 4 week series, we’ll create a space for participants to begin to explore sensations in their bodies and connect to their body’s inner wisdom. This group will focus on the yoga principles of balance, non-violence, and acceptance to encourage integration of our whole selves: mindbody and spirit. Participants can expect a small supportive group of women, gentle yoga postures depending on the needs of specific participants, journal activities with optional group sharing, breath practices and meditation. Completely optional use of essential oils and touch during meditation.
This is an ongoing series. Registration required for 4 sessions at a time. Wednesdays, 6:30-7:30 pm
